Description

He is only a search for the essence that is in each one of us, we look at the masks that we build to be able to get rid of them. The piece is built around a thread, a little thread ... life to live, life saved, life traveled ... a woman and the network of threads of her life, a woman all masks, with her rebirths and deaths. Construction and deconstruction.

In this creation I work in a theatrical way, building three well-differentiated characters or identities. A woman is adolescence, she is moving in the field of comedy, displaying her energy and confusion, another woman is youth and is traversed by the pain of unspoken words and swallowed failures and the last woman is the maturity, she can look at all his masks without identifying with any. On stage I set these three women in motion by interacting with the thread. I use the thread object as a metaphor for a path of life. The woman's action with the thread endows this thread-life with multiple meanings.

A highly plastic staging is always constructed in my work. Simple but effective. For this I count on objects, which carry metaphorical meaning, space, light, color and visuals. It is a work that creates its own scenic language. It merges physical theater, dance and audiovisual.
